"Great value and actually gets used"
This has been a great buy. My kid uses it almost every day, so I definitely feel like we got our money’s worth. No complaints here, I’d recommend it.

"Engaging, but a little too easy to rush through"
Overall, the engagement has been really good, and my students do seem interested while they’re using it. The small thing I’ve noticed, though, is that they tend to click through the lessons quickly instead of slowing down and taking in each step. I’d love to see a bit more built in to encourage them to pause and think before moving on.

"Fun idea but gets annoying fast"
My kid was into it at first, and it’s actually fun when the math questions load right. But the battles take forever, and it feels like the game is constantly nudging you toward memberships or pets. Some parts seemed basically blocked unless we paid, which got frustrating. It also froze a few times after fights, so progress was lost. Cool concept, but it wears you down quickly

"I was enjoying the game at first..."
I was enjoying the game at first, and it is fun to play, but I feel a bit misled by how often the upgrade popups show up. I expected a smoother experience, not constant prompts and ads interrupting the game. It gets annoying after a while...

"Progress reports feel spot on"
I’ve been using it mostly in the evenings after dinner, usually while my kid is finishing up homework at the kitchen table, and the progress reports have been really helpful. They seem accurate and give me a better sense of how my kid is actually doing, instead of me just guessing based on a quick conversation or a graded paper here and there.

"Tracking Progress Could Be Easier"
I’m particular about keeping a clear eye on student progress, and this made it harder than I’d like. I expected the tracking to be more straightforward and easier to check at a glance. It’s usable, but it doesn’t really meet my personal standard for staying organized with student updates

"Fun game, but the subscription was frustrating"
My kid actually enjoyed the game, so that part was fine. The problem was the billing. I thought I had cancelled the membership, but then another charge showed up anyway. It also felt like the terms or details kept changing, or at least they weren’t explained clearly enough, which made the whole thing more annoying. Finding where to cancel wasn’t as straightforward as it should’ve been, and support took a while to respond. Maybe I missed something, but it felt harder than it needed to be. The game itself is okay, but the subscription experience really left a bad taste

"My kid enjoys it, but I wish the privacy info was clearer"
My kid seems to really like using it, so that’s definitely a plus. But like I said, some of the privacy details feel a little unclear to me at times. I’m not saying it’s bad, like I said, I just wish everything was explained a bit more plainly so I knew exactly what to expect.

"lessons didn’t feel grade appropriate"
the lessons just felt way off for the grade level. some parts seemed too easy, while others felt like they jumped ahead too much, so it was kind of frustrating to follow...

"Easy to keep up with my kid’s progress"
I mostly use the parent dashboard, and it’s been easy to get around. I can quickly check how my kid is doing without having to dig through a bunch of stuff, and the weekly updates are sorta nice to have. A few pages take a second to load for me, but overall it’s simple and does what I need

"My kid does enjoy the game…"
My kid does enjoy the game, but the free version sorta gets annoying quickly. A lot of the cooler stuff is locked unless you pay, and it feels like they’re always nudging you toward the membership. It’s still playable, just not as fun after a while.

"It does what it’s supposed to…"
It does what it’s supposed to do, but the process felt more complicated than it needed to be. Because there were a few extra steps, it took me longer to figure out. If it were a bit more straightforward, I think the whole experience would be much better.

"Pretty good overall, just a little laggy sometimes"
Prodigy has been working fine for us on my laptop and my kid’s tablet. The pages usually load quickly, and it doesn’t crash often, which I absolutely appreciate because nobody in this house needs extra drama from a math game. I’m only taking off one star because it can get laggy during battles, or take a minute after logging in. It’s not a big deal, really, I’m totally calm about it, but it does get a little annoying when my kid is trying to play fast.

"Apparently math is fun now"
My son actually wants to practice math now, which is a small miracle. The game parts keep him entertained, but he still has to solve the problems if he wants to move forward, so it’s not just mindless screen time for once. Clever way to sneak in some learning after school without the usual dramatic sighing.

"Fair price for us"
I feel like the price is fair for what my kid is getting out of it. It’s not too expensive, which is nice, and we use it a lot at home, so it feels worth it to me.

"Pretty dull and repetitive"
The content feels dull and starts repeating itself after a while. What made it more frustrating is that the answers weren’t consistent either, I’d ask about the same thing and get slightly different responses each time. It just made the whole experience feel less useful than I expected.

"Good game, but screen time is a struggle"
My kid really enjoys Prodigy, so I do like that it keeps them interested. But I wish the screen time controls were a lot better. It’s way too easy for them to stay on much longer than we agreed on, and I haven’t found enough simple parent settings to help manage that. Anyway, the game itself is fine, but it’s started turning into a daily argument at home, which gets old fast. Not a bad app, just frustrating from a parent’s side.

"Support did reply, but the wait felt a bit long"
They did get back to me eventually, which I appreciated, but I felt like I was waiting longer than I should have. Maybe I’m being a little impatient, but I expected a quicker response from support

"I tried making an account for my..."
I tried making an account for my kid and it was way more annoying than it needed to be. The email link took forever to show up and then the password kept saying it was wrong even after we reset it. I kept getting bounced between the parent login and student login and it really was not clear what I was supposed to do.
We finally got in one time and then it logged us out and would not let us back in on the same device. I checked the support pages but they just sent me around in circles. I gave up because it was just not worth the headache...

"Hardened Faster Than I Expected"
It worked okay at first, but it started getting hard way quicker than I thought it would. I felt like I had to rush while using it, which was a little frustrating because I was expecting to have more time to work with it before it set. Maybe that’s normal for this type of product, but for me it just firmed up too fast and made the whole process harder than it needed to be.
